Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Standard shipping
Processing time
Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST) usually ship the same day if payment and address verification are complete.
Primary carriers
Domestic orders generally ship by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Free shipping
If you are shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and your order totals $99 or more after discounts and coupons, shipping is free. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

Shipping exceptions
Heavy items
Orders containing only ready-to-drink items, including Virgil Soda, cans, heavy bottles, or bread products, do not qualify for free shipping even if the order total is $99 or more after discounts and coupons.
Expedited methods
Other shipping methods are available, including UPS or FedEx Next-Day, Two-Day, or Three-Day, and USPS Priority or Express Mail. Charges are based on order weight and destination and are shown at checkout.
Local pickup
If you are in or traveling through the Albany, NY area, you can pick up your order at our office to save on shipping costs.
P.O. Boxes
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box, select USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

High-value orders and signature waivers
$500+ orders
Orders of $500 or more require a delivery signature to help ensure secure receipt of your products.
Business address
If you are not available during the day, consider having the order shipped to your business address.
Waiving signature
You may request a waiver of the signature requirement by contacting customer service before your order ships.
Waiver terms
If you waive the signature, you agree that Netrition and the carrier are not responsible after delivery. Waivers cannot be applied once an order is in transit. If a required signature was not waived before shipping, you are responsible for any return and reshipment fees.
Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are charged based on package weight and shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Exact charges are calculated at checkout.
APO/FPO setup
For APO/FPO addresses, use “APO” or “FPO” as the city, “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” as the state, and ensure the ZIP Code begins with 09, 34, or 96. Select “United States” as the country.
APO/FPO timing
Delivery includes transit time to your military post office, usually 2 to 3 days, plus the additional time required for military delivery to your location, which may take days or weeks.
Double-check your shipping information

An $18.00 fee applies when shipments are rerouted after leaving our warehouse or when labels are incorrect due to customer error, including missing apartment numbers, incorrect ZIP Codes, or similar address issues.
