LC Foods White Bread Flour is low carb, sugar free, high fiber and high protein. White Bread Flour is for yeast rise breads. You will need to knead and rise your dough before baking to get the best results. Enjoy creating your own low carb sandwich bread, Italian or French bread, hamburger rolls, hot dog rolls, or any other sugar free bread item you desire with White Bread Flour. LC Foods White Bread Flour can be used in recipes, just substitute this low carb Bread Flour for regular bread flour one for one. White Bread Flour has no soy flour, no almond meal, and no coconut flour. It is high in protein and fiber, low in carbohydrates and tastes great.
You will need a sugar alternative, salt, yeast (instant, rapid rise or bread machine), unsalted butter, shortening (non-hydrogenated preferred) and water. Makes a small loaf of white bread (5¾" x 3" x 2.15")
