Il existe deux versions de l'édulcorant aux fruits de moine :
Le Doré est un substitut au sucre brun.
Le Classique est un substitut au sucre blanc.
L'édulcorant aux fruits de moine Lakanto est un mélange exclusif de deux ingrédients uniques : l'érythritol et le fruit du moine (Luo Han Guo). Contrairement au fruit du moine brut qui a une légère sensation de levure en flocons, Lakanto a un mélange parfait de fruit du moine et d'érythritol (naturellement présent dans de nombreux fruits et légumes) pour égaler la douceur du sucre et maintenir un remplacement du sucre à l'identique.
L'édulcorant aux fruits de moine Lakanto est fabriqué à partir d'ingrédients naturels et ne contient ni colorants, ni conservateurs, ni additifs d'aucune sorte. Lakanto peut être utilisé comme du sucre ordinaire. Il ajoute une douceur délicieuse au café ou au thé, aux produits de boulangerie, aux salades de fruits et bien plus encore.
