Hay dos versiones de edulcorante de fruta del monje:
Golden es un sustituto de azúcar morena.
Classic es un sustituto de azúcar blanca.
El edulcorante de fruta del monje de Lakanto es una mezcla patentada de dos ingredientes únicos: eritritol y fruta del monje (Luo Han Guo). A diferencia de la fruta del monje cruda que tiene una ligera sensación de levadura en escamas, Lakanto tiene una mezcla perfecta de fruta del monje y eritritol (que se encuentra naturalmente en muchas frutas y verduras) para igualar el dulzor del azúcar y mantener un reemplazo de azúcar 1 por 1.
El edulcorante de fruta del monje de Lakanto está hecho de ingredientes naturales y no contiene colorantes, conservantes ni aditivos de ningún tipo. Lakanto se puede usar como el azúcar normal.
