Le ghee (beurre clarifié) d'Organic Valley est fabriqué à partir de beurre certifié biologique provenant de vaches élevées en pâturage. Organic Valley fait mijoter lentement son ghee clarifié pour enlever l'excès d'eau tout en préservant les avantages nutritionnels du beurre biologique de vaches élevées en pâturage. Au cours du processus, certains des solides laitiers du ghee caramélisent, laissant derrière eux des notes de douceur et de noix grillées. Le ghee est idéal pour la cuisson, la pâtisserie ou le sauté car il résiste à la fumée à haute température. Juste un peu de ghee donne une saveur riche et beurrée à tous vos plats préférés.
