Body Nutrition Trutein es una mezcla de proteína premium de suero de leche, caseína micelar y clara de huevo. La matriz de proteína de liberación sostenida y no patentada de Trutein está hecha con lácteos de animales alimentados con pasto. Esta proteína baja en carbohidratos viene en sabores deliciosos y emocionantes.
Trutein contiene tres formas diferentes de proteína: suero de leche, caseína micelar y clara de huevo. Los beneficios de complementar con caseína micelar y clara de huevo junto con el suero de leche son sus tasas de absorción muy diferentes. Mientras que el suero de leche se descompone rápidamente en una hora, las proteínas de huevo se absorben en 2.5 a 3 horas y las caseínas micelares se digieren en el transcurso de 7 horas.
