How To Return

Follow these steps for a smooth return

These steps help make sure your package is accepted and processed without avoidable delays.

  1. Before returning any merchandise, contact us to request a return authorization number.
  2. Write the return authorization number on the shipping label. Packages without that number will be refused.
  3. Return merchandise at your expense in unopened, perfect condition to receive credit.
  4. Send eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment to receive full credit for unopened merchandise.

Free shipping orders

If you return the entire order and originally received free shipping, the promotional $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable and delivery issues

Final sale items

All clearance and short-dated items are final sale and not returnable or refundable for any reason.

Short-dated items

Short-dated items are sold at a reduced price and show a "best by" date after the product name.

Wrong item received

If you receive an item other than what you ordered, do not open it. Contact us to arrange an exchange for the correct item.

Returned packages

If a package is returned to Netrition for any reason, including refusal or unsuccessful delivery attempts, you are responsible for Netrition's actual outbound shipping cost and the return charges.
