Bilberries are small, dark blue berries related to blueberries that have been as well as eaten. They’re native to northern Europe and are harvested between July and September, when they’re at their ripest. Our Bilberry Extract is a premium extract standardized to 25% anthocyanins, the component of bilberry that has been shown to promote eye health.*
Adults take 2 capsules three times daily, preferably with food.
