- B12 Energy Plus Patch – Methylcobalamin (B12) with a B complex including biotin, folate, and choline. May support healthy energy metabolism.* Caffeine-free.
- Nausea Relief Patch – Ginger Root Extract (200 mg) and Lemon Balm (100 mg), two botanicals traditionally used for occasional queasiness. May support digestive comfort.*

Can I wear all four patches at the same time?
Yes, with one rule: wear no more than one berberine-containing patch (Slim Trim or Berberine) at a time. The other patches can be worn together, in the morning or whenever fits your day.
How long do you wear each patch?
Wear each patch on clean, dry skin for up to 8 hours, then remove and discard it. Rotate placement daily to keep skin comfortable.
Can I use this pack with my medication?
