Ingredients: Soy protein, cereal fiber, high protein flour, soy lecithin, egg white powder, baking powder (calcium acid phosphayte, bicarbonate of soda, and corn starch), spices dried onion, parsley, sea salt, low glycemic monosaccharide, low glycemic fruit concentrate.
Recommended Use: You will need: 1 Inner bag of mix, 1 large egg, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup oil (olive oil)Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 12 inch pizza pan or cookie sheet with non- stick cooking spray(or grease it). In medium bowl combine mix from one inner bag with water, oil and egg. Stir with spoon until well blended. Spoon dough into center of pan and spread out to a 12 inch circle, crimping edges if desired. Top with Dixie Carb Counter's Zesty Italian Pasta Sauce or your favorite pizza sauce. bake for 18 -20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Makes 8 appetizer pieces, 3 net carb each.FOR FLATBREAD: Spread dough out to 14 inch square and top with grated parmesan cheese and brush with garlic butter and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.Dixie Carb Counter's Zesty Italian Pasta Sauce:1- inner pack of Dixie Carb Counter's Zesty Italian Pasta Sauce(#230632)1 cup of hot water1 Tbl. oil (olive oil) optionalMix water & sauce mix in small bowl and spread with spoon evenly over unbaked pizza crust.
