Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Allulose (or your favorite low carb granular sweetener)
- 1 TBL Nut Butter
- 6 drops Capella Peanut Butter flavor
Preparation Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or cooking spray. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Makes 4 pancakes.
