- 2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1-2 packets of Splenda (or your favorite low carb sweetener)
Mix all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in intervals of 30 seconds until the middle is almost firm.
Optional: Make a glaze of 1 tsp melted butter, pinch of cinnamon and 1/2 packet of Splenda and drizzle over mock Danish. Or drizzle with your favorite flavor of ChocZero Sugar Free Syrup.
