Each decadent soft chew gives you 30mg of elemental iron and 60mg of vitamin C to support absorption. Each chew is individually wrapped so you can take them with you wherever you go.

ASMBS guidelines call for a minimum of 18 mg of iron per day for patients of all bariatric procedure types, and many female patients need 45-60 mg per day.1
