Why iron matters
Iron helps your body produce hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells responsible for carrying oxygen. It also supports normal energy production and cellular function.
Iron needs vary significantly after bariatric surgery. Your surgeon or dietitian may recommend a different daily amount based on your procedure, age, menstrual status and lab results. This 25 mg supplement can be used alone or alongside an iron-free multivitamin when directed by your care team.
Don’t Take It with Calcium
Calcium can interfere with iron absorption. Take Easy Iron™ at least two hours apart from calcium supplements, dairy products or a calcium-containing multivitamin.
Made Without: Sugar, salt, dairy, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one(1) vegetarian capsule daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
