I love using the lavash as a low point pizza to fit my Weight Watchers lifestyle! I use simple tomato sauce, low-fat mozzarella and turkey pepperoni and use my air fryer for a crispy crust.

Joseph's Bakery Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread is a low carb Lavash bread that is a good source of protein and Omega-3 ALA. Joseph's Bakery Lavash Bread can be rolled up for a sandwich, used as a pizza crust, and baked into pita chips. Used in a roll-up sandwich or as a sliced party snack, this lavash bread will not fall apart. Simply spread the dressing across 1/2 of the Lavash, layer with your favorite deli meats and lettuce, and roll.
To preserve shelf life, this product is kept frozen in our Netrition warehouse until the day it ships. We highly recommend refrigerating or refreezing upon receipt until ready to use.
