These Ready-to-Eat Meals are a low carb, guilt-free pasta alternative made with shirataki konjac noodles. Shirataki noodles are made from fiber of the Konjac plant. These noodles made from 97% water and 3% fiber are naturally low in calories. The natural fiber makes you feel full while still enjoying the satisfaction of eating noodles.
Miracle Noodle Shirataki Ready-to-Eat Meals are easy to make. Microwave in a microwavable container for 90 seconds or cook in saucepan for 3-4 minutes. Refrigeration not necessary unless package is opened. Contains one bag of noodles and one sauce packet.
