These noodles made from 97% water and 3% fiber are naturally low in calories. The natural fiber makes you feel full while still enjoying the satisfaction of eating noodles. Miracle Noodle Shirataki Ready-to-Eat Meals are easy to make. Microwave in a microwavable container for 90 seconds or cook in saucepan for 3-4 minutes. Refrigeration not necessary unless package is opened. Contains one bag of noodles and one sauce packet.

Ingredients: Konjac shirataki noodles (water, konjac flour, limewater [water, calcium hydroxide]), coconut milk, bamboo shoots, straw mushroom, tom yum paste (coconut oil, lemon grass, onion, galangal, salt, chili, lime, garlic, kaffir lime leaves), coconut sugar, shallot, lemon grass, galangal, red chili, kaffir leaves, coconut oil.
Recommended Use: Tear open pouch 1-2 inches and microwave for 60 seconds. Eat as is, or add water to make soup. Mix well and enjoy.
