Ferrous fumarate helps restore iron levels in the body when levels are low. Easy absorption

Since surgery I've been having issues absorbing enough iron into my system with pills. So my doctor recommended trying an under the tongue version that will enter my system rapidly. There wasn't a bad after taste with these compared to the chewable tablets.
