Ingredients:
- 14 1/2 ounce can whole green beans, drained
- 14 1/2 ounce can golden wax beans, drained
- 15 ounce can organic Black Soy Beans, rinsed and drained well
- 6 drops EZ-Sweetz liquid sweetener
- 1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 scallions, about 3 inch long and sliced super thin
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup, Vanilla flavor (or vanilla extract and a bit more low carb sweetener)
Preparation Instructions:
Mix the sweetener, DaVinci syrup, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl. Stir in the beans, scallions, and garlic, and let marinate in the fridge several hours, stirring occasionally.
