Preparation Instructions:
When using shirataki noodles, remember to rinse well and drain them first. Fry shirataki noodles gently in fry pan until moisture evaporates. Then top with sauce. Optional: Add your favorite chopped sautéed veggies and/or cooked shrimp, chicken or lean beef.
Shirataki Thai Coconut Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2 TBL soy sauce or Coconut Amino
- 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp minced garlic and ginger
- 1 TBL DaVinci's Sugar Free Syrup, Coconut flavor
- 1 TBL Peanut Flour (or peanut butter, if you prefer)
- 1/8 tsp Glucomannan powder
Shirataki Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Amino
- 1/2 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- sprinkle of Mexican chili powder
Shirataki Chinese Take-Out Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 TBL peanut butter
- 1 TBL Splenda
- 1 TBL rice vinegar
- 1 TBL soy sauce or Coconut Amino
Shirataki Fish Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup low carb ketchup
- 1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha (Asian hot sauce)
- 2 teaspoons of Splenda or your favorite low carb sweetener
