Keeping your rolls fresh
These rolls are kept frozen in our Netrition warehouse until the day they ship.
Cold Pack Service is optional, but strongly recommended during warmer months or when shipping will take longer than three days. It helps limit heat exposure during the first 2 to 3 days of transit, but it isn’t refrigerated shipping. The rolls and cold packs may arrive thawed or warm.
For the freshest taste, enjoy within seven days of delivery or freeze upon arrival to preserve freshness. Inspect the product and packaging before use. If the rolls arrive damaged or show signs of spoilage, please contact us.
