Ingredients: Durum semolina flour, modified wheat starch (resistant starch, a source of fiber), wheat gluten. SAUCE MIX: Whey, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, cheddar cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), sodium phosphate, citric acid, natural flavors, annatto (for color).

Recommended Use: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil on top of stove in medium size pot. Stir in pasta, boil 7-10 minutes or to desired texture, stir occasionally. Drain, but do not rinse. Return pasta to stove. Add 1/4 cup of 1% milk and contents of the sauce packet. Optionally add 2-4 tbsp butter for a creamier texture. Mix well, until smooth and creamy. Serve. Makes about 3 cups.
