Shipping within the United States

Thank you for choosing Netrition. We work hard to make your shopping experience easy and convenient. Below are the details of our U.S. shipping policy:

• For international shipping, please visit our International Shipping page.
• We strive to ship most orders within one business day. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST) usually ship the same day, provided payment and address verification are complete.
• Domestic orders are generally shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you are shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and your order totals $99 or more after discounts and coupons, shipping is free. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. To estimate delivery times from our Albany, NY warehouse, you can view our transit map.
• Orders containing only ready-to-drink items (such as Virgil Soda, cans, heavy bottles) or bread products do not qualify for free shipping, even if the order total is $99 or more after discounts and coupons.
• Other shipping methods are available, including UPS or FedEx Next-Day, Two-Day, or Three-Day, and USPS Priority or Express Mail. Charges for these methods are based on the weight and destination of your order and will be shown at checkout.
• If you are in or traveling through the Albany, NY area, you can pick up your order at our office to save on shipping costs.
• FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box, please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
• For orders of $500 or more, Netrition requires a delivery signature to ensure secure receipt of your products. If you are not available during the day, consider delivery to your business address. You may request to waive the signature requirement by contacting customer service before your order ships. By waiving the signature, you agree that Netrition and the carrier are not responsible after delivery. Signature waivers cannot be applied once an order is in transit. If a signature is required and you did not waive it before shipping, you are responsible for any return and reshipment fees.
• If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses, shipping charges are based on the weight of the package. These orders ship by USPS Priority Mail, and the exact charge will be calculated at checkout.
• For APO/FPO addresses: use “APO” or “FPO” as the City, “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” as the State, and ensure the ZIP Code begins with 09, 34, or 96. Select “United States” as the Country. Please note that delivery includes the transit time to your military post office (typically 2–3 days) plus the additional time it takes for the military to deliver to your location, which may take days or weeks.
• Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. An $18.00 fee will be charged for shipments that are rerouted after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you provide. If your address is missing an apartment number, has an incorrect ZIP Code, or contains another error, the carrier charges us a correction fee that we must pass on to you.
