Bobs Red Mill Almond Meal / Almond Flour is simply skinless, blanched almonds that have been ground. Bob's Almond Flour is gluten free, a good source of fiber, and low carb. Use it in place of regular flour for low carb baking, or try it as a breading for meats and vegetables. Almond Flour lends a moist texture and rich, buttery flavor to cakes, cookies and a host of other desserts.

Replacing 25% of the flour in your baking with almond meal will add wonderful texture and flavor while reducing the total carbohydrates. This makes it perfect for those following a low carbohydrate or paleo diet.
