Ingredients: Soy concentrate,corn starch, dried egg white, oat fiber, vegetable fiber, bicarbonate of soda, monocalcium phosphate, sea salt, low glycemic monosaccharide, low glycemic,fruit concentrate, silica.
Recommended Use: You will need: 1 Inner bag of mix, 1 egg, 4 Tablespoons softened butter and non- stick cooking spray.Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 9 inch pie pan with non- stick cooking spray. Coat one side of a piece of plastic wrap (at least 10 inch long)with non- stick cooking spray. Set aside.In medium bowl combine mix from one inner bag with butter and egg. Stir with spoon until well blended. Form a ball and place in the center of the coated pan. Place the plastic wrap (coated side down) over the dough ball and press with fingers to evenly coat bottom and sides of pan. Crimp top edges if desired. With a fork, poke several holes in the bottom crust to release steam during baking. Bake for 9-11 minutes until light golden brown, Let stand until cool.Foe top crust, use 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Spray one side of each with non- stick cooking spray. Place dough ball in center of one piece, coated side up. Top with other piece of plastic wrap, coated side down. Using rolling pin or fingers, press to cover top of pie. Remove top piece of plastic and quickly turn dough over top of pie. Seal edges.
