Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta is a low carb, sugar free alternative to regular pasta. Made with konjac (Glucomannan) flour, Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta is a good source of fiber and can be used in all your low carb pasta recipes. Preparation: Just drain the pack and rinse in a strainer or collander for a couple of minutes. Lightly boil for 1 min. Shelf Life - 6-10 months refrigerated. 4 months pantry. Will last 2 months past printed expiration date if kept refrigerated.

Recommended Use: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Drain the water out of the package and rinse the noodles in a colander for 30 seconds. Add the noodles to lightly salted water and boil for 2-4 minutes. Drain back into colander and then place the noodles in a skillet on medium heat to remove excess moisture, then add sauce or add to you favorite recipe. Miracle noodles absorb the flavors of any sauce or dish you prepare. Keep refrigerated after opening. Do NOT freeze.
