I use it for keto cookies , using a bit of coconut flour and carbquik.
Also I make carrot / zucchini muffins , that taste like carrot cake but again , much lower glycemic value. For newbies try the 90 second microwave muffin , a great way to get daily fiber .
I add lakanto brown sugar or stevia or lakanto maple syrup for the lo carb sweet Ner , baking powder , coconut oil , cinnamon & an egg . You can add cocoa powder and make a mini chocolate cake. I melted some lilys stevia choc chips over top for a glaze. This golden flax meal makes changing over to Keto lifestyle sustainable. I even use it with adobo spices to coat chicken thighs for crunchy air fried chicken. Tastes and bakes much better than other flax meals.
