Ingredients: Micellar casein, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), natural and artificial flavors, salt, gum blend (guar gum, gum acacia, xanthan gum), sunflower and/or soy lecithin, magnesium oxide, acesulfame potassium, sucralose, zinc sulfate monohydrate.

Recommended Use: Mix 34 grams, about 1 scoop casein protein powder, with 10-12 fl oz cold water, milk or other beverage. Stir, shake or blend for 30 seconds until dissolved. For best results, mix up your shake 30-60 minutes before bed, or have it between meals as an anytime snack in your balanced, high protein diet. Use 8-10 fl oz for a thicker consistency and 12-14 fl oz for a thinner consistency.
