Southerners call them Cracklins, Mexicans call them Chicharrones, some call them Bacon Curls - we call ours Pork Puffs. Choose Plain or Maple!
These are NOT fried, they COOK fluffy and warm in the microwave, so they are high in flavor with lots of warm crackle and crunch, yet super low in fat, and zero carbs
Pork Puffs are a long time favorite of those who count carbohydrates. These are the Best of the Best, because you make your own portion, warm and fresh, ready in a minute or two. You make only the amount you want to eat.
