Doctors Designs SmartForme Fiber Stik is convenient fiber in a stick! Have you had your fiber today? Fiber offers great benefits that most people know about, such as improved regularity, but also serving as a preferred food for some gut bacteria, as well as a “mop” for some compounds that might otherwise be reabsorbed. What’s more, this product is as tasty as you want to make it. You can add whatever flavoring you want to this neutral, unflavored powder.
Directions:
- Tear open one stick packet at the perforation and sprinkle the powder over food, according to preference. Alternatively, pour the powder into liquid and stir until dissolved.
- For best results, use two servings per day; one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
