Ingredients:
- 1 bag broccoli or rainbow slaw (coleslaw mix)
- 1 lb. ground hamburger (ok to substitute ground turkey, chicken or pork)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 TBL sesame oil
- Soy Sauce or Coconut Amino
Preparation Instructions:
Brown hamburger with spices and set aside. Stir fry the slaw until tender crisp with the sesame oil. Toss the hamburger and slaw together and season to taste with soy sauce.
Variations:
- Add green onions when browning meat
- Add crushed red pepper or Frank's Hot Sauce
- Add 1/3 head shredded cabbage
