Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Cheese Dip


  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Cooked, Shredded
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 16 oz. of Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. Ranch Dressing
  • Buffalo Wing Sauce to taste (Cheri used 1/2 bottle)

Preparation Instructions:

In a glass pan, add 1/2 bottle of buffalo wing sauce. Add in 8 oz Ranch dressing. Stir in 2 cups cheddar cheese. Add shredded chicken and stir until coated. Cut cream cheese into squares and press evenly into the top of the mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.

Optional: Add extra shredded cheddar cheese for the top. Roll a spoonful of the mixture into a Low Carb Tortilla or use as a dip for vegetables, low carb pita chips, or low carb bagel chips.
