Low Carb Saltines


  • 7 Tablespoons Tova Carbalose Flour
  • 7 Tablespoons Tova Carbquik
  • 2 Tablespoons Life Source Foods Resistant Wheat Starch
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Life Source Foods PolyD Fiber
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoons butter or shortening
  • 4 or 5 Tablespoons Half and Half

Preparation Instructions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in butter / shortening until mixture is like meal. Stir in enough Half & Half to make a stiff dough. Roll out onto floured board until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into squares (or cut into rounds with a cookie cutter) and prick surface of each cracker several times with fork. Brush with Half & Half. Place crackers on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
