Low Carb Cheese Crackers


  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Life Source Foods wheat protein isolate 5000
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup asigo cheese
  • 1 cup fontina cheese

Preparation Instructions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Turn out half of the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Square up the dough and place another piece of parchment on top. Roll out dough to approximately 12" x 12" square and 1/8" thick. Remove top parchment and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove cookie sheet from oven. Cut and separate crackers into small squares and return them to a newly lined (parchment or foil) cookie sheet. Return to the oven for 5 - 10 minutes. Check often and remove any crackers as they get golden brown and crisp. Repeat the process for the 2nd half of dough.
