Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup NOW Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • sea salt or other seasonings to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Layer pumpkin seeds on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Add sea salt or other seasonings (for example chili powder, onion powder, cinnamon) to taste. Best when served warm out of the oven.

 

Pumpkin Seed Butter

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup NOW Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • NOW Ellyndale Foods Macadamia Nut Oil to desired consistency of spread
  • sea salt to taste

Preparation Instructions:

Add pumpkin seeds to food processor. Pulse until seeds grind and thicken to a butter. Add macadmia nut oil one tablespoon at a time and pulse. Continue adding oil until desired consistency. Add sea salt to taste and pulse.
