To Use Triple Magnesium Complex Patch:
- Select an area of skin. The Triple v Complex patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residues, such as your shoulder, back, or hip. Clean and dry the skin.
- Remove the Triple Magnesium Complex patch from the release liner.
- Adhere the Triple Magnesium Complex patch to your skin, pressing firmly.
- For best results, PatchAid patches should be worn for 8 hours. Wearing the Triple Magnesium Complex patch for longer than 8 hours provides no additional benefit.
- When finished, remove the Triple Magnesium Complex patch, fold it in half, and discard it.
- Repeat with a new Triple Magnesium Complex patch the next day.
It is okay to wear multiple PatchAid patches at a time.
